Founded in early 2004 to pioneer the delivery of a network based automatic call distribution (ACD) platform, with a variety of value added functionality but without the physical limitations and overheads of a conventional device. The roots of the Ultra systems are based on Technology that has been in commercial use since 2001.

Ultra have successfully redeveloped this technology to enhance the available solutions and to create telephony systems with improved levels of reliability compared to traditional systems. We are innovators in Network contact centre services including Predictive Dialling, Network Voice Recording, Inbound Call management, Call blending and IVR services. Our technology and services are in use with agents and customers in multiple countries, processing millions of calls every month.

Ultra Communications is a privately owned company, where the operational staff own the majority percentage of equity, ensuring a common drive for success. A wide range of expertise is encompassed by our staff, enabling us to provide solutions to meet very specific customer requirements, and advise on the implementation, or economic practices to help customers achieve their desired goals.

Ultra Communication’s Products and Services

All Ultra services are provided using our own equipment housed in three, highly secure tier-one Telephony locations, connected directly to the telecoms network. This provides the advantages of resilience, functionality, capacity, security, and disaster recovery. Multiple internet connections ensure secure access to services, data, and voice recordings are available at all times.

The level of equipment, and diversity provided by design, hardware and locations ensure that Ultra’s Service availability is consistently of the highest level. Ultra provide SLA’s for all of its services, and can offer customer reference sites to prospective customers.

Ultra employ a dedicated support team, targeted to proactively monitor and provide a source of IT and operational product expertise to all clients. Access to the support team is available by phone, email, and support website 24x7, and in-hours support is included as part of your service usage charges. Usage of the support facilities is unlimited, as we actively encourage clients to use Ultra as an extension of their in-house facilities, to obtain the best productivity possible.
