Ultra and Telstra have worked together since Ultra’s inception with operational hubs hosted in Tier 1 locations in London, Docklands and Birmingham. Telstra uses the Ultra platform internally for its European Customer Services Centre where the Ultra dialler provides a total solution for a 24/7 operation.
