This is a new role within an established QA function in a fast-growing organisation that provides an ideal opportunity for someone starting out in QA.

• Testing the quality, accuracy, functionality and usability of a variety of tools and applications including the Ultra Communications predictive dialler and ACD solution, in-house and externally available websites, bespoke applications, services, web based products and reporting suite.
• Design and execution of manual test plans.
• Using our issue tracking system to write up detailed results and findings from testing.
• Liaising with the Support team and management with regard to issues and customer requests.

• Be able to work autonomously as well as within a team and inter-departmentally.
• Ability to prioritise tasks, and escalate any issues to seek a resolution.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills, specifically regarding analysing and interpreting raw data.
• Good problem-solving skills and a logical manner are advantageous.
• Must be pragmatic with sound judgement and common sense.
• Must be keen to learn.
• The role will involve a variety of tasks and so adaptability and a flexible approach is a must.
• Knowledge of SQL database systems and web technologies is desirable.
• Experience with or knowledge of call centre operations, including predictive dialler systems, is highly desirable.
• Previous experience of manual or automated testing is desirable but not required.
